Job Summary
You know the feeling when you see a piece of content and think “I could have made that better.” That is who we are recruiting to find. We’re less interested in how many years of experience you have and more interested in how you think and what you can do. We want someone curious, hungry and someone who knows the difference between content that performs and content that just exists.
Working in a small team, you’ll unleash your ideas, contribute to brainstorming sessions that spark new perspectives, and create compelling, thumb-stopping narratives across social platforms.
What you’ll actually do:
- Concept and create scroll-stopping content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and whatever platform matters next.
- Turn strategy into stand-out creative from concepting, shooting, editing, copywriting, and whatever else the idea needs.
- Bring your own point of view to brainstorms. We don’t want someone who nods along, we want your perspective on how to make the best content for our clients.
- Stay embarrassingly online, (we’re talking HIGH screentimes). Someone who is plugged into culture, monitors news moments and knows when to show up (or not to).
- Help build out diverse formats, series, and creative territories that become synonymous with our clients.
- Work across a roster of a variety of brands, who want to be bold on social.
What you bring to the table:
- About 1+ year of experience creating content
- Passion for organic social media with sharp instincts for what makes content work
- Ability to come up with unique ideas. We’re not looking for someone who can follow a trend, we’re trying to find someone that will create the next one.
- Comfort with editing tools (CapCut, premiere) and working knowledge of design/copy fundamentals.
- A strong portfolio that shows us how you think, not just what you’ve created.
- The confidence to challenge a brief when you think you’ve got a better idea, and the collaborative spirit to build on someone else’s to make it the best it can be.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in an agency environment
- Experience participating in new business pitches
30 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Dedicated training budget per year to attend training, conferences or courses to help develop you in your role
Cycle to Work Scheme – through salary sacrifice, you choose a bike and the rental cost comes out of your salary each month
Team socials throughout the year
Charity volunteer days – 3 days a year to work for a charity of your choice
Childcare Scheme – to help cover childcare costs through salary sacrifice
A clear personal development plan to help you progress in your chosen pathway
