Kaizen PLM is a specialist Siemens Digital Industries Software partner, helping manufacturing companies design, simulate, and industrialise better products and systems. We work across advanced manufacturing, automation, robotics, and digital transformation, delivering high-value solutions using tools such as NX, Teamcenter, Tecnomatix, and MBSE methodologies. We are a growing, technically strong team with ambitions to win larger, more complex projects across the UK and internationally.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to grow our UK business. This is a senior, commercially focused role suited to someone who understands industrial software, engineering-led sales, and long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing key accounts, and working closely with our technical team to shape compelling solutions for customers.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across UK manufacturing and engineering sectors
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for software, services, and digital transformation projects
- Engage with senior stakeholders (Engineering, Operations, Digital, IT, and Leadership teams)
- Work closely with Kaizen PLM’s technical consultants to shape solutions and proposals
- Lead sales conversations from initial discovery through to close
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key customers
- Represent Kaizen PLM at industry events, customer meetings, and partner engagements
- Collaborate with Siemens and other technology partners where relevant
- Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
