Job Responsibilities

This position reports to the Parts Manager and is responsible to:

• Source and sell parts andaccessories to existing and prospective customers through exceptional service.
• Generatequotes and complete orders as per customer requests.
• Assistcustomers post sale with any warranty and/or service needs.
• Answerand make sales calls as needed.
• Loadand unload parts deliveries.
• Checkload related documents to ensure shipments are complete and accurate.
• Maintainretail sales floor to meet dealership standards and ensure customersatisfaction.
• Takea pro-active approach to inventory control by assisting and/or reportingdiscrepancies.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• 2 years previous experience in a similar positionwith a high degree of product knowledge is preferred, but training can beprovided for the right individual. Theright mind set, customer service skills, and detail orientation is key to thisrole.
• Must be a team player with the ability to buildstrong relationships with customers and fellow co-workers.
• Knowledge of Agriculture and Equipment would be anasset.
• Must possess good written and strong verbalcommunication skills.
• Proficient using computers and word processing/spreadsheetsoftware.
• Able to work flexible and extended hours whenneeded.
