Key Responsibilities
- Supervision & Leadership
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance goals
- Assign tasks and ensure efficient daily operations
- Support hiring, training, and employee development
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service
- Resolve customer concerns and escape when necessary
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
- Handle phone inquiries and process orders
- Store Operations
- Process sales, orders, and special purchases accurately
- Coordinate deliveries and supplier orders
- Maintain inventory levels and investigate discrepancies
- Ensure store displays are clean, stocked, and well organized
- Health & Safety
- Enforce workplace safety policies and PPE compliance
- Identify hazards and maintain a safe store environment
- Complete incident reports and participate in safety training
Qualifications
- Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
