A global leader in protective packaging solutions, supplying high-performance flexible packaging to industrial markets worldwide, is looking for a commercially driven Field Sales Manager to strengthen our Sales team and drive regional growth across the Midlands and South of England.

The Role

This is a high-impact, autonomous field sales role focused on new business development, account growth, and long-term customer partnerships within industrial and manufacturing sectors. You’ll manage your own territory, delivering consultative, technically led solutions while representing the business professionally in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business and sustainable revenue growth within your region
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new customers through structured field activity
  • Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and technical discussions
  • Deliver tailored, consultative sales solutions aligned to customer needs
  • Build strong, trust-based customer relationships
  • Manage pricing, negotiations, and sales pipelines to achieve profitable outcomes
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide forecasts, reports, and market insight

About You

  • Minimum 5 years’ B2B sales experience within industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Experienced in managing a field-based sales territory
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel (Packaging experience is advantageous but not essential.)
