Reporting directly to the Shift Manager they are looking to add an experienced Machine Operators to their team to train them on their particular machinery. About you – * Must have machine operating experience. * Experience in start ups, changeovers, the running of machinery, quality checks and working in a fast paced environment * Good communication skills, attendance and time keeping * Ability to problem solve * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Good organisational and self-motivational skills * High levels of accuracy and attention to detail * Flexible attitude towards working is a must * Must have good working relationships with all individuals and departments * Ensure that the machine is kept clean and tidy at all times * Products can vary with different sizes, widths, polymers Desirable * Manufacturing experience, * Direct extrusion experience, * Continuous improvement experience. Essential * Understands manual/labour intensive aspect of role, * Experience with shift patterns and/or long hours.
