Role Overview
The Gluing Minder will manage the construction of printed packaging in various formats and materials. This position is an on-machine role, operating the range of gluing lines and equipment available from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating a variety of gluing lines to construct high-quality cartons and other packaging types.
* Organise systems to ensure all jobs for the gluing shift are ready.
* Manage the quality of packaging gluing and construction.
* Assist in planning trials for new packaging projects.
* Ensure daily schedules are met.
* Complete documentation for traceability to maintain excellent BRCGS grade.
* Perform daily maintenance and care of gluing lines and machinery.
