Salary: £3,500 – £4,500/month (negotiable for strong candidates)
We are seeking a Sales Manager – UK to drive business development and sales growth within the United Kingdom market. This role focuses on building local partnerships, expanding the customer base, and supporting long-term market development across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the UK market
- Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and fleet operators
- Manage the full sales cycle, including public tender participation and contract negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and local partners
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments in the UK
- Support marketing activities such as industry events, exhibitions, and product promotion
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored mobility solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the UK market
- Industry background in buses, coaches, commercial vehicles, or construction machinery is highly preferred
