Kaiser Recovery Ltd is offering exciting new opportunities for part-time control room operatives / call handlers. Due to a huge demand in our services, we are recruiting for people to join our team and help us become the leading recovery operative in Scotland. With our fleet expanding on a daily basis to service our ever-increasing contracts, we are looking for dynamic people to join us who can work as part of a team but are also able to work on their own initiative.
Control Room Operatives act as the primary contact and co-ordination point for both customers and our field-based resources. They look after the various aspects of each service request, ensuring that individual customer requirements are met, that the most appropriate and timely resources are allocated to each task, and that any obstacles/issues are carefully managed.
Main Duties Include:
- Supporting customers through the assistance/recovery process.
- Booking jobs onto, and administering jobs within, dedicated software.
- Ensuring that processes and procedures are always followed.
- Ensuring that agreed service levels are met for our customers/clients.
- Communicating with Customers, Clients, Recovery Technicians etc.
- Other duties as required to support the aims of the business.
Candidate Requirements:
- Able to remain calm under pressure.
- A Team Player.
- Good customer service/communication skills.
- Able to work in a disciplined manner.
- Willing and able to learn new information.
- Computer literate and good competency in Maths & English.
- Familiarity with the Vehicle Recovery industry is preferred, but not essential (induction/training is provided).
- Fluent in English essential.
