We are a community‑led organisation designed for women+ (including trans women and non‑binary people). The role
We are looking to recruit an experienced, compassionate, and dynamic professional into our senior leadership team to support the next exciting chapter of Kairos Women+.
Responsibilities
- Projects & People: Responsible for managing a new multi‑year project focused on health and disability, supporting two delivery staff, monitoring budgets, and evaluating the impact of the project. Also support the smooth running of our Language Café (English as a second‑language classes) and maintain strong partnerships with our funders to ensure the projects serve women+ effectively.
- Strategic Development: Implement our Fundraising and Digital Strategy alongside the Senior Coordinator. This includes supporting the development of individual giving, corporate giving, large fundraising events, and applying for two small grants per year. Additionally, develop and implement our Environmental Strategy.
- Partnerships and Communications: Lead quarterly programming, coordinate our activity with the wider team, and attend network meetings to promote Kairos Women+.
