They\’re looking for a Technical Services Representative to join their fast-paced technical team and play a key role in bringing new and existing projects to life. If you\’re organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with both customers and cross-functional teams – this could be the ideal next step in your career. The Role You\’ll be the technical link between the customer, production, and design teams – making sure all jobs are fully scoped, costed, and set up correctly before hitting the press. This role involves a mix of customer communication, technical input, project coordination, and process improvement. What You\’ll Be Doing Liaising with customers and project managers on label design, specifications, timelines, and costs Reviewing artwork files and ensuring all technical requirements are met Creating print specifications, colour standards, and job estimates Working closely with customer service and graphics teams to prepare jobs for production Supporting press approvals and acting as the customer\’s rep when needed Managing documentation, tooling orders, and project tracking Maintaining pricing models and job information using internal systems Organising de-bugging and trial runs for new product launches Identifying process improvements and supporting continuous improvement initiatives Promoting a strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance with industry standardsWhat We\’re Looking For Previous experience in a technical role within label printing, packaging, or FMCG Strong problem-solving and organisational skills Confident communicator, comfortable working with customers and internal teams Good understanding of print processes and reprographics IT literate – able to pick up systems and work with digital tools efficiently Detail-oriented, proactive, and always looking to improve how things are doneWhy This Role?
