KRG are working with a prestigious London-based talent agency with a reputation for excellence in representing an exceptional roster of top talent across various entertainment sectors. With a focus on both traditional and digital media, the agency prides itself on nurturing and promoting the careers of celebrated actors, musicians, influencers, and broadcast professionals.\\n\\nKRG are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Agent to join the growing team, you will play a vital role in shaping the futures of your roster.\\n\\nThis role is unique as you will have an existing roster of talent to work with from day one, giving you time to build and curate your roster with time.\\n\\n*Please note this isn't a HR/recruitment role. \\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nLead and manage your roster of Digital & Traditional Talent/Influencers, their activities, events, and campaigns.\\nIdentify and pursue new opportunities for talent through commercial and digital partnerships, including film, television and digital media.\\nNegotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring their interests are prioritised.\\nInitiate and outreach to new talent, identifying key figures that will grow your revenue and contribute to the growth of the overall company.\\nStrategise on behalf of your talent and the wider roster to ensure you're helping talent achieve their long-term career goals and adding value to every step.\\nAttend industry events, showcases, and meetings to build networks and promote your talent.\\nLiaise with new and existing clients, expanding the agency's network through long-term relationships, brand partnerships & sponsorships.\\nSupport the wider team, being a mentor to those who need it and a team-player to your peers.\\nBe responsible for achieving your financial targets, with a view to grow YoY.\\nSource, negotiate, and execute endorsement campaigns for brands.\\nStrategise and orchestrate proposals to brands and partners, crafting compelling pitches and presentations.\\nStrategically identify opportunities for your talent to diversify their careers and revenue streams into other areas of media and entertainment i.e.

publishing, product development, podcasting, licensing, broadcast and live.\\nEffectively manage your talents' public and professional reputation (including crisis management). \\n\\nQualifications:\\n\\nPrevious experience as an established Talent Coordinator (or equivalent) or Talent Manager withing a well-known agency with high-calibre talent is essential.\\nPrevious experience with commercial and brand partnership deals.\\nStrong negotiation and communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.\\nA proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. \\n\\nOffice perks & logistics: \\n\\n23 days holiday + bank holidays.\\nRevenue and performance based bonus.\\nWFH Fridays and 4pm finish.\\nCore Hour System / flexible working hours.\\nExtra day off on your birthday.\\nYearly Healthcare appointment.\\nEmployee of the month perks.\\nTeam Socials.\\nYearly Recharge Day.\\nFree Breakfast & Coffee.\\nRemote working scheme for Talent Managers (5 days per annum, increases with promotions).\\nInternal promotions are a priority with a development pathway and supportive team.
