We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Small Format Print Technician to join our production team based in Trafford, Manchester. Working in a fast-paced, high-quality print environment, you will play a key role in the preparation, finishing, and packaging of small format printed materials. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that invests in its people, technology, and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain small format finishing equipment to a high standard
- Laminating of printed materials with precision and care to ensure consistent quality
- Operate CNC cutting machines accurately, working to job specifications and safety standards
- Application of graphics to various substrates with attention to detail
- Packing of completed jobs for dispatch, ensuring all work is secure, labelled, and meets quality control standards
- Previous experience in a small format digital print or print finishing environment
- Hands-on experience with laminating, CNC cutting, and graphics application
- Confident working with various print materials and substrates
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Good understanding of production workflow and meeting deadlines
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including standing for extended periods
- Willing and able to work rotating shifts weekly
- Competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000, depending on experience
