We\’re Hiring on Behalf of Our Client – Screen Printer Needed!

We\’re partnering with a long-standing manufacturing client who is looking to add a Screen Printer to their production team. This position has become available due to a recent departure, and there is potential for a second opening to follow.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience operating screen printing equipment (especially Sakurai presses) – but if you have worked on other machines, our client is open to transferable skills.

The Role

In this role, you\’ll be responsible for producing high-quality printed parts using a variety of screen printing machines. The client operates Sakurai Cylinder Presses, but welcomes applications from candidates with experience on other equipment.

You\’ll work in a clean, process-driven environment, supporting continuous improvement and ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate screen printing machines (Sakurai or similar)
Follow standard operating procedures to maintain zero-defect output
Accurately log print speeds and job times into internal systems
Perform routine maintenance on equipment
Work in alignment with ISO9001 Quality Standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Assist in other production areas when needed
Contribute to a positive team culture and support process improvementsWhat We\’re Looking For

Experience in screen printing (Sakurai preferred, but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
A flexible team player who\’s keen to learn and adapt
Confident in collecting and recording production data accurately
