Research & Insight Lead

This role would suit someone who enjoys combining analytical rigour with storytelling and is ready to step into a visible leadership position.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nLead quantitative and qualitative research projects from design through to insight delivery.\\nTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams.\\nOwn insight storytelling for client presentations, QBRs, and strategic reviews.\\nManage and mentor junior analysts, supporting their development.\\nPartner closely with client services and senior stakeholders to shape briefs\\nIdentify opportunities to apply insight across campaigns, pitches, and new initiatives.\\nOversee reporting on campaign performance and audience behaviour.About You\\nYou'll be a confident insight professional with strong commercial awareness and experience delivering research that drives real business outcomes.
