Job Title: Repro Operator/ Retoucher
Location: Grimsby
Hours: 40hrs per week
o Mon – Fri (8am-5pm)
Holidays: 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
Salary: Dependent On Experience
About my Client:
They are a well-established brand design agency that specialises in all areas of packaging production. Their independent technology and industry-leading software tools have pushed them to the forefront of pre-press agencies.
Key responsibilities of a Repro Operator/ Retoucher:
- Ensures high-quality standards in all production client deliverables.
- Ensures accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high quality basic to intermediate or complex level artwork, effectively using industry standard software, tools, and print techniques.
- Performs assigned tasks within the overall Production workflow work to required specifications, industry and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), and the client’s brand guidelines and standards.
- Deliver high-quality Reprographics to printer specification
- Flexo and colour retouch to client targets and standards.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Experience required for a Repro Operator/ Retoucher:
- Experience in a pre-press, or related field required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient computer software skills within Apple Mac equipment and operating systems, plus Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
- High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organisation.
- Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines.
- Ability to work overtime as necessary
