Are you an experienced Repro Operator with a passion for precision and a strong eye for detail? We\’re recruiting on behalf of a respected company in the flexographic printing industry, looking to expand their in-house studio team based in Derbyshire.

What You\’ll Be Doing:
Prepare and optimise artwork for flexographic printing, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and industry standards
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
Work extensively with ESKO ArtPro (ArtPro+ experience is a plus)
Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for pre-press and design tasks
Proof all artwork meticulously, ensuring it\’s fully press-ready and client-approved
Manage multiple jobs simultaneously while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines What We\’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience with ESKO ArtPro (essential)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Background in a fast-paced studio, preferably within flexographic printing
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing quality work
