Position: Lithographic Printer (Night Shift) Monday - Night Shift Mon - Thur 20:45 - 06:15 (38 hours per week) Location: Redhill Salary: £40,000.00 - £44,000.00 per annum My client is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Lithographic Printer to join a fast-paced and quality-driven print production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled lithographic print professional who takes pride in producing high-quality work, meeting production deadlines, and supporting a strong team environment. Purpose of a Lithographic Printer: You will be responsible for operating and maintaining Heidelberg lithographic printing presses, ensuring all jobs are produced efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities of a Lithographic Printer: Operate and maintain Heidelberg lithographic printing presses Ensure all print jobs are completed to agreed quality standards and deadlines Monitor print quality throughout production runs and make necessary adjustments Carry out routine machine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting Work closely with colleagues to support production workflow and output Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment Follow all health & safety and quality control procedures Provide flexibility for overtime and holiday cover when requiredSkills required for a Lithographic Printer: Previous experience operating or assisting on lithographic printing presses Heidelberg experience advantageous but not essential Strong understanding of print production processes and quality standards Ability to troubleshoot print or equipment issues effectively Good organisational and time management skills Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines Strong communication and teamwork skillsPersonal Attributes that they will look for: Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude Flexible and adaptable to changing production demands Strong attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team Keen to learn and develop skills furtherIf you are interested in this role, please call Olivia on +44 (phone number removed)
