Project Manager - Large Format / Interior Branding

JOB DESCRIPTION \\n\\nTitle: Projects Manager\\n\\nBased At: Putney, SW London\\n\\nReporting To: Projects Director\\n\\nIndustry: Large format graphics & branding interiors\\n\\nSalary: £35k-£38k basic plus package\\n\\nJob Summary: \\n\\nAssisting with overall project management responsibility as assigned by a specific account manager. Pricing tenders and projects using in house systems, specify items for ordering, co-ordinate installations, carrying out site surveys.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities: \\n\\nMeticulous attention for detail, especially during site surveys.\\nEnsure that all work is completed to client guidelines.\\nThe ability to work on multiple projects, big and small, simultaneously and good time management.\\nSchedule jobs through the business to ensure in time full delivery.\\nRead building plans to translate into quotations.\\nLiaise internally with design, production and installation teams to ensure the job runs within agreed budgets\\nOutsource/order any additional non-standard items required\\nEnsure clarity our in-house system is always up to date with any changes that are required. Input quotations into clarity for the relevant Account Director to cost.

\\n\\nOther Responsibilities: \\n\\nPass new enquiries generated to the correct area of the business.\\nAssist projects through the business\\nTo establish and maintain good working relationships with all colleagues and clients\\nTo understand and comply with all relevant company policies and procedures.\\nTo promote and maintain a positive image of the business at all times \\n\\nRequired\\n\\nMust have at least 3 years' industry knowledge from one of the following, Interior Finishes/Construction/Signs and Graphics\\nHighly organized and can work well under pressure.\\nGood communication skills both written and verbal.\\nAbility to work as a team.\\nBasic knowledge of Exel. \\n\\nThese principal responsibilities are not an exhaustive list of duties, only a general guide to the post. In consultation with the post holder, the duties may change from time to time to reflect the changing needs of the company.
