The PR Director plays a key leadership role in driving client success, team performance and business growth. You'll act as a senior client advisor, lead high-performing account teams, and contribute to new business development while ensuring excellence across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing PR team
  • Oversee client strategy, relationships and account profitability
  • Drive top-tier media coverage and strengthen senior media relationships – You need to have Press contacts within the above sectors
  • Manage campaign execution, deliverables and deadlines
  • Lead new business pitches and develop proposals
  • Identify opportunities, trends and story angles for clients
  • Handle high-level communications, including crisis management
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on team and client matters

About You

  • 8+ years' PR experience, with team leadership responsibility
  • Strong media network and proven track record securing press coverage
  • Excellent writing, editing and communication skills (AP style)
  • Commercially minded, proactive and solutions-focused
  • Experience across luxury, real estate, hospitality or travel sectors preferred
