Overview We are looking for a talented and strategic Paid Media Manager to join our growing digital performance team. This role is ideal for someone with 3-4 years of agency experience, particularly within e-commerce and lead generation. You\βll take full ownership of client accounts, from strategy through to execution, with a strong focus on Paid Social (Meta and LinkedIn) and a supporting role in Paid Search (Google Ads). You\βll be joining a creative-first environment where 90% of client visual assets are produced in-house β enabling you to work closely with our internal video and design teams to shape high-performing, data-driven creative strategies. This is a multi-channel role with an emphasis on Paid Social, but strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Search strategies is still essential. The position is fully remote, with occasional in-office days (per month) at our London Bridge office. However, if you thrive in a more collaborative, in-person environment, there\βs also the option to work on-site more regularly Responsibilities Own and lead the full lifecycle of client campaigns, from strategy development to execution and optimisation. Plan, launch, and manage Paid Social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn focused on lead generation and e-commerce outcomes. Support and execute Paid Search strategies, primarily through Google Ads, ensuring cohesive multi-channel performance. Collaborate closely with in-house video and design teams to brief, develop, and iterate on creative assets based on performance data. Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and translate insights into actionable strategy improvements. Deliver clear reporting and insights to clients, maintaining regular communication and demonstrating impact. Stay ahead of trends in paid media, social platforms, and digital marketing to ensure innovative and effective campaign strategies. Skills 3-4 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing agency, ideally focused on lead gen and e-commerce. Proven track record managing Meta and LinkedIn Paid Social campaigns with strong results. Experience with Google Ads and paid search strategies to support multi-channel campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and guide creative and media strategy. Comfortable leading client strategy and being the main point of contact throughout campaign lifecycles. Ability to work cross-functionally with creative teams and brief performance-led visual assets.
