We are recruiting an Installation Manager to lead and coordinate all signage installation activity for a well-established signage business based in Nottingham. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for planning and delivering installations safely, on time, and to a high standard, while managing installation crews and subcontractors.
The Role
- Plan, schedule, and oversee signage installation projects from survey to completion
- Lead, train, and manage installation teams and subcontractors
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with Project Management, Fabrication, Sales, and Service teams
- Manage installation costs, productivity, and timelines
- Act as the main point of contact for all field installation activity
About You
- 5+ years' experience in sign installation or field operations
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Strong knowledge of signage installation methods and site requirements
- Confident reading drawings and site plans
- Safety-focused, organised, and decisive on site
