We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Installation Manager to join a growing and dynamic business based in Northampton. This is a key role within the organisation, responsible for coordinating installation activities across multiple projects. You will take ownership of planning, scheduling, and managing workloads to ensure installations are delivered efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and oversee installation schedules across designated areas
- Plan and coordinate workloads to maximise efficiency and meet deadlines
- Liaise closely with installers, production teams, and project managers
- Monitor progress and resolve any scheduling or operational issues
- Ensure clear communication between all departments involved in project delivery
