We're looking for an exceptional Senior New Business Director to help bring Customer Media to the UK market.
Our technology enables brands to turn their existing customers into a measurable, scalable performance marketing channel - creating a new way for brands to invest their marketing budgets.
This is a hands-on, quota-carrying new business role for someone who genuinely loves opening doors, creating opportunities and winning.
What you'll do
Build and own a high-quality UK sales pipeline.
Create opportunities through targeted outbound, your network and relationship building.
Engage Founders, CMOs and senior marketing, ecommerce, performance, brand and social leaders.
Lead consultative conversations around customer acquisition, retention, ecommerce and marketing performance.
Introduce and educate brands on a new marketing channel and build the commercial case for investment.
Own the sales process from first conversation through negotiation and close.
Deliver against a meaningful personal revenue target.
Help shape our UK positioning, sales playbook and wider commercial strategy.
What we're looking for
You'll have a strong track record of personally creating and winning new business, ideally selling into ecommerce, consumer brands or the wider digital marketing ecosystem.
You'll be:
Commercially driven and highly self-motivated.
Confident engaging senior decision-makers.
Consultative, credible and commercially curious.
Comfortable challenging conventional thinking.
Experienced in building pipeline from scratch and owning deals through to close.
Energised by selling something new rather than relying on an established playbook. Your background could be in performance marketing, ecommerce technology, affiliate, creator/influencer, retail media, referral, loyalty, CRM, customer engagement or wider martech.
