This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join an employee-owned agency at a key point in their growth, where insight plays a central role in shaping strategy, campaigns, and client decision-making. You'll have real ownership, visibility, and the chance to build and lead an insight function that has genuine influence across the business.
The Agency
This is more than just a media agency - they pride themselves on being people people. With a strong reputation for data-driven thinking and delivering tangible results, they specialise in the property and travel sectors, combining insight, analytics, and creativity to drive impact. As a majority employee-owned business, they invest heavily in their people, offering long-term progression, collaboration, and a culture built on trust and integrity.
The Role
As Research & Insight Lead, you'll take ownership of insight delivery across the agency, leading research projects end-to-end and ensuring insight is embedded into client strategy and internal decision-making. You'll manage and develop 1-2 analysts, work closely with client services and senior stakeholders, and play a key role in QBRs, pitches, and client presentations. This role would suit someone who enjoys combining analytical rigour with storytelling and is ready to step into a visible leadership position.
Key Responsibilities

- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
- Own insight storytelling for client presentations, QBRs, and strategic reviews.
- Manage and mentor junior analysts, supporting their development.
- Partner closely with client services and senior stakeholders to shape briefs.
- Identify opportunities to apply insight across campaigns, pitches, and new initiatives.
- Oversee reporting on campaign performance and audience behaviour.
About You
You'll be a confident insight professional with strong commercial awareness and experience delivering research that drives real business outcomes. You're comfortable presenting to clients, influencing decisions, and leading others.
Essential experience includes
- Proven experience in research, insight, or analytics (agency, consultancy, or client-side).
- End-to-end research delivery across quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
- Strong statistical analysis skills.
- Experience using R and advanced Excel.
- Data visualisation and reporting experience (Power BI, Datorama, PowerPoint).
- Confident client-facing communication and storytelling.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
Nice to have
- Experience using Qualtrics or other survey platforms.
- Exposure to audience tools such as YouGov, TGI, or GWI.
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign measurement.
- SQL, Python, or broader Martech exposure (GA4, ad platforms, CRM).
- Experience within property or travel sectors.
What's On Offer
- Hybrid working with a London-based office in Farringdon.
- Employee ownership and profit-share scheme.
- Clear progression and leadership opportunity.
- Supportive, people-first culture.
- Structured learning and development.
- Competitive salary and benefits.
