An exciting opportunity has come about to join a small company to work along the MD and to take ownership of the day-to-day running of projects and accounts. You will manage incoming queries, workflows across office, studio, and manufacturing, and ensure every order runs smoothly from start to finish. This is a handsâon role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fastâpaced environment, enjoys problemâsolving, and can balance multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee workflows between the office, studio, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Process job bags and monitor order progress, resolving issues as they arise
- Handle client escalations with professionalism and efficiency
- Carry out office administration tasks to keep everything running smoothly
- Act as a point of contact for clients, supporting the MD when needed
- Report directly to the Managing Director with updates on project performance and operations
