I'm currently working with a growing, high-performing PR agency that specialises in B2B technology clients. They're looking to bring on a PR Account Executive to support a range of exciting accounts across sectors including AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital technology.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1+ year of PR experience who's looking to gain broader exposure across multiple clients and take on more responsibility in a fast-paced agency environment.
The Role
You'll work across a portfolio of innovative tech clients, playing a hands‐on role in media relations, content creation, and campaign delivery. This is a varied position where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who enjoys being proactive and commercially aware.
You’ll be involved in:
- Identifying reactive PR opportunities within the news cycle
- Creating engaging written content across multiple formats
- Driving media outreach and building journalist relationships
- Supporting wider campaign planning and execution
Key Responsibilities
Media Relations & Content
- Monitor the news agenda to spot opportunities for client commentary
- Write press releases, thought leadership articles, features, and blogs
- Lead on media pitching and securing coverage
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists
Reporting & Campaign Support
- Track, analyse, and report on media coverage
- Compile monthly and campaign performance reports with key insights
- Support account teams with campaign planning and delivery
- Assist with event coordination where required
Client Management
- Support with client communications and day‐to‐day account handling
- Provide updates, insights, and recommendations on activity
- Work closely with senior team members to ensure high‐quality delivery
About You
- Minimum 1 year's experience in PR (agency or in‐house)
- Strong writing skills with experience creating PR content
- Proactive mindset with a strong interest in news and media
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Experience using tools like Cision or ResponseSource is a bonus
