KRG are partnering with an exciting, full-service marketing agency to find an Account Manager to join their growing client services team. This is a great opportunity for an agency-side account manager who loves client relationships, project management and keeping teams and processes moving. You won't be expected to be hands-on or executional; instead, you'll sit at the heart of client accounts, coordinating activity, managing timelines and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard.
The Role
- Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of consumer focused clients, becoming a trusted and reliable point of contact.
- Own account processes, timelines and project delivery from brief through to completion.
- Coordinate internal teams and specialists to ensure projects stay on track, on time and within budget.
- Develop strong client relationships, understanding their objectives and ensuring expectations are consistently managed.
- Lead status meetings, project updates and client communications, keeping stakeholders informed at every stage.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously across a range of clients and campaigns.
- Work closely with creative, strategy and specialist teams to ensure briefs are understood and delivered effectively.
- Identify potential challenges early and proactively find solutions to keep projects moving.
- Support with project scoping, resourcing, budgets and commercial processes where required.
- Contribute to the growth and development of client accounts through strong relationship management and excellent service.
About You
- You’ll have agency experience in an account management/client services role, managing client accounts and projects end to end.
- Your background could be in PR, social, influencer, creative, digital or another agency environment - full-service experience is not essential.
- You’re highly organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts, deadlines and stakeholders.
- You’re confident communicating with clients and building relationships at different levels.
- You’re commercially aware and understand the importance of scope, budgets, timelines and account profitability.
- You enjoy being the person who brings structure to a project and keeps teams accountable.
- You’re proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Most importantly, you’re client-first, personable and collaborative, with the confidence to take ownership.
