As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Project Director to lead their entire project delivery function, sit on the Senior Leadership Team, and help shape the future of the business.
The Role
The Project Director is a senior leadership role and a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Project Director is accountable for the entire project delivery function, including the Senior Project Manager, Project Managers, and Project Coordinator. This role exists to build, lead, and elevate a high-performing project management function capable of delivering complex projects consistently, profitably, and to the highest standard.
As an SLT member, the Project Director contributes directly to the strategic direction of the business. You will have a voice in business planning, growth, capability, investment, and operational priorities.
