A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced large format print professional to join one of the UK's leading suppliers of signage in Kent. This role is suited to a Senior Production Operative who is looking for the next step in their career of managing a team. This role has a lot of potential growth and involves managing a team of production staff, managing workloads, training younger members of the team and hands-on operating during busier periods.
Essential Requirements:
- Extensive large format print production experience.
- Operated and maintained large format UV flatbed printers.
- Knowledge of RIP software.
- Experience within large format finishing such as digital/vinyl cutting - ideally can use a Zund Cutter.
- Strong communication capability, a good attitude to motivate a growing team.
- Be flexible with working overtime when needed.
- Commutable distance to the Ashford area.
