The Opportunity
KRG are looking for a Director of Client Services to lead and grow a portfolio of strategic client partnerships across Corporate Affairs, Public Affairs, and Political Communications. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who combines executive-level client management with strong operational capability and previous experience delivering complex, high-visibility campaigns. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, overseeing integrated influencer marketing programmes, leading cross-functional teams and driving long-term account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the senior lead across a select portfolio of high-profile client accounts, owning relationship management and account success.
- Build trusted partnerships with executive stakeholders and provide strategic counsel on communications, audience engagement, and campaign direction.
- Lead high-stakes client conversations, issue management, and decision-making processes.
- Oversee campaign measurement and performance reporting, translating insights into strategic recommendations and measurable outcomes.
- Direct the development of client deliverables including presentations, strategic recommendations, creator briefs, messaging frameworks, and executive materials.
- Manage commercial delivery including budgets, contracts, forecasting, and invoicing.
- Drive operational excellence by improving systems, workflows, and scalable delivery processes.
- Contribute to broader leadership initiatives, team development, and organisational growth.
- Support new business activity through pitches, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships and increase account value.
- Represent the business externally through networking, industry events, speaking opportunities, and thought leadership.
- Help shape the organisation's perspective on emerging trends across creator marketing, digital influence, and online culture.
About You
- Significant, Director level experience within client services/ account leadership.
- Strong experience and knowledge of corporate or political influencer marketing campaigns and strategic communications.
- Strong experience managing senior stakeholders including C-suite executives, public figures, government stakeholders, or equivalent.
- Proven success leading enterprise-level accounts and delivering integrated campaigns.
- Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, scopes, timelines, and campaign performance.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong operator with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and performing in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of creator ecosystems across platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and emerging channels.
