A well-established nationwide signage company is looking to recruit a Sign Fitter's Mate to join their growing installation team. With projects delivered across the UK for major commercial and retail clients, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality signage solutions nationwide.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience working on construction, fit-out, installation, or site-based projects who are looking to join a busy and professional team. Previous signage experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as full support and training will be provided.

The Role

  • Assisting with the installation of a wide range of signage across the UK.
  • Working alongside experienced Sign Fitters on commercial, retail, and forecourt projects.
  • Loading, unloading, and preparing materials and equipment for installation.
  • Supporting site operations while ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.
  • Travelling nationwide and working away from home Monday to Friday on a regular basis.
  • Following site health and safety procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working on construction sites, fit-out projects, installations, or similar site-based environments.
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools and working as part of an installation team.
  • Previous signage experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work away from home Monday to Friday.
  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
  • Good understanding of site safety procedures.

Desirable Qualifications

  • The following certifications would be advantageous but not essential: CSCS Card, IPAF, PASMA.
