We're looking for an experienced Senior Signage Designer / Artworker to join our growing team. This role can be office based or hybrid from the companies Bristol office. My client has built their reputation on quality workmanship, outstanding customer service and attention to detail, earning over 200 five-star customer reviews. They are looking for someone who shares those values and takes pride in producing accurate, production-ready artwork. This is not a branding or conceptual design role. Your artwork will go directly into production for printing, vinyl cutting, CNC routing and installation, so accuracy and technical ability are far more important than creative flair.

About the Role:

  • You'll be responsible for producing artwork across a wide variety of signage projects, including:
    • Vehicle liveries and full vehicle wraps
    • Fleet branding
    • Shop fascias
    • Interior branding
    • Window graphics
    • Wayfinding signage
    • Wall graphics
    • Large-format print
    • Exhibition and display graphics

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Producing and amending production-ready artwork.
  • Creating customer visuals and proofs.
  • Preparing accurate print-ready files.
  • Setting up correct bleed, scale, colours, layers and file structures.
  • Preparing files for print, vinyl cutting and CNC routing.
  • Carrying out final artwork checks before production.
  • Working closely with our sales and production teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Speaking with customers by phone or video when required to discuss artwork and project details.

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience within the signage or large-format print industry.
  • Excellent Adobe Illustrator skills (Photoshop experience also desirable).
  • Strong experience designing vehicle liveries and wraps is essential.
  • Proven experience creating accurate production-ready artwork.
  • Good understanding of large-format print and signage manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Confident working independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable, organised and professional.
  • Vehicle wrap installation knowledge.
  • Experience liaising directly with customers.
