Their team works closely with creators to build long-term careers through strategic brand partnerships, content planning and broader commercial growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that sits at the intersection of creativity, entertainment and marketing, helping shape impactful collaborations between world-class creators and leading global brands.

The Role

As Brand Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in driving commercial partnerships across a diverse talent roster. You'll combine strategic thinking with commercial expertise to identify opportunities, develop creative campaign concepts and secure high-value brand collaborations. Working directly with brands and media agencies, you'll uncover marketing objectives, translate them into creator-led campaign ideas and manage the partnership process from initial conversations through to negotiation and execution. Rather than focusing on individual talent alone, you'll think across the wider creator portfolio, developing integrated campaigns that bring together multiple creators to deliver standout results for clients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, spotting emerging trends within the creator economy and creating campaigns that resonate culturally while delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior marketing contacts across brands and agencies, acting as a trusted commercial and creative partner.
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively pitch creator-led partnership ideas aligned with client objectives.
  • Create innovative campaign concepts that utilise multiple creators where appropriate to maximise impact.
  • Lead partnership discussions from prospecting through to negotiation, contracting and successful delivery.
  • Structure a range of commercial agreements, including one-off campaigns, ongoing ambassador programmes and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with talent management teams to ensure every opportunity aligns with each creator's audience, personal brand and content strategy.
  • Analyse campaign performance and use insights to strengthen future partnership proposals.
  • Stay informed on developments across influencer marketing, social media and the wider creator economy, bringing new ideas and market insight to the business.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines commercial confidence with creative thinking and has a genuine understanding of how brands and creators can work together to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.

You will bring:

  • Around 3-6 years' experience within brand partnerships, influencer marketing, talent management, creative strategy or a related role.
  • A proven history of securing and managing successful brand partnerships - ideally within industries related to fashion/ beauty/ luxury.
  • Existing relationships with brands and/or agency decision-makers.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience managing partnership agreements.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of the creator economy, including influencer marketing, branded content and creator-led commerce.
  • The ability to identify strategic brand and creator pairings that create value for both parties.

Why Apply?

This is an opportunity to join a highly respected business operating at the forefront of the creator economy, where you'll have the autonomy to build meaningful partnerships, work with leading creators and contribute to innovative campaigns for some of the world's most recognised brands.
