About the business: My client is looking for a people-first, highly organised Project Manager to join our team in a brand-new on-site role, embedded directly with one of our key retail clients. This isn’t a traditional desk-based PM role. It’s about presence, relationships and being the calm, trusted person in the room who keeps everything moving. You’ll act as our dedicated on-site partner - building strong day-to-day connections, supporting planning and delivery, and making sure projects run smoothly from brief through to completion. Because of the nature of the role, you’ll need to be based locally to Bracknell and able to attend the client HQ weekly (Tuesday & Wednesday).

Day to day duties of a Packaging Project Manager:

  • Attending weekly planning and governance meetings
  • Collating updates and presenting clearly to stakeholders
  • Building strong working relationships with product development and technical teams
  • Proactively chasing information and removing blockers
  • Spotting risks early and supporting workload planning and forecasting
  • Partnering closely with our internal studio and account teams
  • Championing best practice through our end-to-end project management systems
  • Managing your own portfolio of projects alongside on-site responsibilities

Skill set they’re looking for in a Packaging Project Manager:

  • This role is all about how you show up, not just what’s on your CV. We’re looking for someone who is:
  • People-oriented and relationship-driven
  • A confident, clear communicator
  • Firm but friendly
  • Sociable and approachable
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and solutions-focused
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable working independently
