Job Title: Account Manager Location: Chester (hybrid) Hours: Monday – Friday: 8-5pm (30 min paid lunch) Salary: Dependent On Experience Holidays: 25 days About my Client: My client is a global packaging brand management company. Focusing on driving innovation that delivers both efficiency and effectiveness throughout the packaging graphics lifecycle they we bring brands to life through strategic creative development and technical innovation. Purpose of an Account Manager: Be the day to day lead and escalation point for internal and external teams for a fast paced and dynamic client, developing and managing relationships. Work with all stakeholders to deliver to a set of best working practices that ensures timely and accurate delivery of all services to this client and ensure all expectations are met, alongside supporting the development of the account with the Head of Client Services. Key responsibilities of an Account Manager: To develop strong, trusted relationships to establish, deliver and evolve the company service model. Provide the primary day to day contact and escalation point for all Client and the company account associated contacts. Direct line management and support for the companies Project Managers and any other client facing company teams with their individual roles and responsibilities.
