Account Executive -Leeds/Hybrid -up to £35k Our client is a digital agency who are on the lookout for a new Digital Account Executive to support the client services team with the day-to-day delivery of media campaigns for some of their biggest clients. Working closely alongside the Senior Account Manager you will develop media and agency knowledge and play an integral role in the day-to-day delivery of campaigns. They are looking for someone ideally with an agency and performance marketing background with the ability to build strong client relationships with a desire to learn and progress. You will be a member of their client team, and enjoy plenty of support from the whole team, including creatives, developers, strategists, data analysts and media performance specialists. Key Responsibilities of the Account Executive role: Manage day to day client relationships and handle digital projects. Support on ad-hoc creative projects. Work to tight deadlines daily ensuring client needs are met. Work closely with SEO, PPC, paid social, programmatic, CRO and affiliates teams. Handle client feedback and then effectively manage actions. Manage billing and reporting.What you\’ll need to be successful in the Account Executive role: Evidence of building relationships with clients and suppliers. Numerate and financially aware. Strong attention to detail. Desire to learn. Ability to handle client feedback (both positive and critique).Agency benefits: Hybrid and flexible working (3 office days per week).
