The company prides itself on quality, efficiency, ethics and low environmental impact whilst being innovative and dynamic. The company has an opportunity for an operations Manager at the packaging division which is based at Barwell. On occasion you may also be asked to work out of a sister site in Leicester. Purpose of an Operations Manager: They are looking for an experienced and hands-on operations manager to drive our lined board business forward. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and have a proven track record in managing teams and resources to optimise operational processes whilst driving efficiency. Knowledge of Health & Safety practices and BRC compliance will be required. The Operations Manager is responsible for the planning and management of the manufacturing process, whilst also overseeing the customer service, procurement, quality and despatch functions.
