We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Assistant to join our busy sales force based in Southampton. Position is full time and permanent. Working days: Monday‑Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Book candidates for interviews.
  • Speak with new candidates.
  • Handle online recruitment.
  • Refresh and create job adverts.
  • Proactively search for candidates to fill vacancies.
