KAIO in London is seeking a seasoned Maître d’ to own the guest experience from reservation through to arrival, seating and departure. This senior front-of-house role requires exceptional communication, strong organisation and the ability to build genuine relationships with guests.
You will work closely with the General Manager to maximise reservations, optimise the floor and ensure every guest receives a warm, polished, personalised experience while driving guest loyalty and revenue.
