We are seeking a proactive Sales & Events Manager to drive new business, maximise venue utilisation, and increase revenue through corporate events, private dining, brand activations, and strategic partnerships.
This is a full-time Monday–Friday role with an attractive KPI-based commission structure.
Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, agencies, concierge services, luxury brands and event planners.
- Manage the sales pipeline from enquiry to confirmed booking.
- Maximise revenue across all venue spaces and improve revenue per square foot.
- Create proposals, negotiate contracts and deliver seamless event handovers.
- Maintain CRM records and encourage repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
