Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Leading, motivating and engaging the team.
  • Leading on the alignment and contributing to the BU Strategy.
  • Leading the definition of the go to market offerings and commercial proposition for the Practice.
  • Establishing the Practice, delivering strategy, implementation and ongoing management services, achieving or exceeding annual Utilization /or Delivery Targets and Practice contribution as agreed with the BU Director.
  • Develops and manages strong and trusted partner relationships with Senior/C-level personnel within internal and external Partners and Stakeholders.
  • Forecasts staffing demand and works with the BU Operational team to incorporate into the BU Workforce plan to ensure that appropriate capacity and capability exists within the business.
  • Accountable for the implementation of the quality assurance process for; Intelligent Automation, AI inclusion strategies, implementations &/or managed services, developing reusable delivery methodology that adhere to best practice.
  • Identifies and manages risk within the practice, putting in place mitigation measures where possible and escalating to the BU/Company risk register when appropriate.
  • Ensures alignment of messaging through stages of the sales & delivery lifecycle (sales generation, order creation, project delivery) and within all supporting collateral.
  • Educates and supports enablement of the Sales function to deliver SOV targets for the Practice.

Minimum (essential) Requirements

  • Significant demonstrable success in a Leadership role, responsible for leading others.
  • Demonstrable experience of Intelligent Automation spanning both commercial and technical aspects.
  • The ability to foster and develop senior relationships.
  • Strong ability to make sensible decisions under pressure taking a balanced view of all demands.
  • Strong ability to plan and balance time across areas of responsibility.
  • Demonstrates the ability to lead and motivate a dynamic and fast-growing team.
  • Evidence of innovating or initiatives to continually grow the capability.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiating prowess
  • Excellent team player capable of delivering results in less than perfect circumstances.
