As Lead AI Creator, you’ll be our creator-in-chief - a hands-on storyteller and digital influencer who builds Kainos’ AI narrative and presence from the ground up. Sitting in the AI leadership team, you’ll help set the strategy and produce multiformat content that’s fast, accurate, and compelling. You’ll learn the subject matter deeply, spot trends early, and use the latest tooling to turn ideas into market-ready content within hours, not weeks.
Proven experience growing audiences (e.g., developer, technical buyer, or exec) across at least one owned or social channel. Strong storytelling, interviewing and scripting skills; confident on-camera and onstage. Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers and leaders, and to have Developer relations, technical evangelism, or creator economy experience. Broad technology experience, awareness of current AI technology trends.
