The Role
We are looking for a Social Content Executive to sit at the heart of Kaiia’s always-on content engine, with a focus across TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Snapchat. This is a highly hands-on, fast-paced role responsible for shooting, editing and publishing content daily, while also supporting campaigns, events and social shoots. You will play a key role in building a social-first brand presence, ensuring Kaiia remains culturally relevant, trend-led and performance-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Execution
- Shoot and create daily, high-volume content using iPhone, maintaining a consistent always-on pipeline
- Produce TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts and Snapchat content, optimised for each platform
- Edit short-form video and static content aligned to platform best practice and brand tone
- Capture content across HQ, campaigns, events and social shoots
- Platform Ownership & Growth
- Support the management of TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Snapchat channels
- Plan, post and optimise content in line with the campaign and trading calendar
- Repurpose content across platforms to maximise reach, engagement and efficiency
- Support TikTok Live through organic amplification and content planning
- Creative & Trend Leadership
- Stay ahead of trends, sounds, cultural moments and platform updates
- Translate trends into on-brand, scalable content formats
- Develop repeatable content series that drive consistency and recognition
- Bring fresh, innovative and out-of-the-box ideas to content and campaigns
- Community & Brand Building
- Support community management, ensuring consistent engagement and two-way conversation
- Help build a strong, engaged and loyal community across platforms
- Ensure content reflects Kaiia’s tone: relatable, confident and community-led
- Collaboration & Campaign Delivery
- Work closely with Creative, Influencer and Paid Media teams
- Maximise influencer and creator content across social channels
- Support delivery of campaign moments, brand events and social-first activations
- Ensure all content aligns with campaign storytelling and brand direction
- Performance & Optimisation
- Track and report on weekly and monthly content performance
- Monitor KPIs including views, engagement, growth and content contribution to revenue
- Identify high-performing content to be scaled into paid social
- Continuously optimise content based on data and insights
Skills & Experience
- Strong passion for social media with a deep understanding of TikTok-first content
- Experience creating content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts or similar platforms
- Confident shooting and editing high-quality content independently (iPhone-led)
- Strong instinct for trends, hooks and engaging content formats
- Creative thinker with a social-first mindset
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of social performance metrics and reporting
Requirements
- Experience in a similar social or content role (preferred but not essential)
- Strong understanding of social platforms, trends and influencer landscape
- Ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines
- Willingness to travel for campaigns, events and shoots
- Familiarity with social tools and scheduling platforms is beneficial
