We're looking for a passionate Fashion Buyer to help shape our product offering and drive the next stage of our growth.
The Role
- We're looking for a commercially driven and trend-focused Fashion Buyer to build exciting product ranges that resonate with the Kaiia customer.
- You'll play a key role in identifying trends, selecting the right products, and delivering commercially successful collections across multiple categories.
- This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where product instinct meets data-driven decision making.
- Develop and build seasonal product ranges aligned with Kaiia's brand identity and commercial strategy.
- Identify emerging fashion trends, bestselling products and market opportunities.
- Use sales performance, customer insights and market analysis to make informed buying decisions.
- Manage product selection, range planning and option counts to maximise sales and profitability.
- Monitor product performance, reacting quickly to sales trends and recommending repeat or exit strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to support product launches and key campaigns.
Previous experience in a Buying role within fashion (womenswear/fast fashion preferred).
Strong commercial awareness with an analytical, data-driven approach.
