The Role
The E-commerce Manager owns the day-to-day performance of the website and the Kaiia app, with a focus on driving revenue, improving conversion and delivering a smooth, engaging shopping experience. This role plays a key part in supporting international growth, evolving the website experience, growing the app as a core commerce channel, and working closely with CRM to increase retention and lifetime value. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, Creative, Merchandising, Tech and Performance teams, you will help bring Kaiia’s digital vision to life in a way that feels intuitive, social-first and customer-led.
Key Responsibilities
- E-commerce Performance & Insight
- Own daily and weekly trading performance across website and app
- Monitor traffic behaviour, conversion drivers, AOV, repeat rate and retention
- Use analytics and insight to inform trading decisions and priorities
- Provide clear, data-led recommendations in trade meetings
- International Growth
- Support the launch and optimisation of international markets (Ireland, EU and future markets)
- Ensure localised site and app experiences, including pricing, content, reviews and UX
- Optimise international customer journeys to improve trust, conversion and repeat purchase
- Website Experience (Website of the Future)
- Own the end-to-end onsite customer journey from homepage through to checkout
- Evolve the website into a social-first, video-led experience, including shoppable content, UGC and creator-led storytelling
- Improve navigation, PLPs, PDPs and checkout to reduce friction and increase conversion
- Continuously optimise the website in line with Kaiia’s long-term digital vision
- App Growth
- Support the growth and performance of the Kaiia app as a key commerce channel
- Drive app adoption, engagement and repeat purchasing
- Deliver app-exclusive moments such as early access drops, bundles and loyalty features
- Partner with CRM and Performance teams on push notifications and in-app journeys
- CRM, Loyalty & LTV
- Work closely with CRM to improve customer lifetime value, retention and purchase frequency
- Support segmentation, lifecycle journeys and loyalty initiatives
- Use customer insight to shape personalised experiences across site, app and CRM
- Track and optimise repeat rate and LTV as core success metrics
- Merchandising, Content & Brand Alignment
- Partner with Merchandising and Marketing to align product launches, pricing and promotions
- Ensure all ecommerce content is on-brand, market-appropriate and delivered on time
- Oversee product launches and ensure stock, imagery and product information are accurate
- CRO, Optimisation & Testing
- Lead CRO testing and experimentation across site and app
- Analyse heatmaps, session recordings and customer behaviour
- Test, learn and iterate to drive continuous improvement
- Vision, Innovation & Competitive Edge
- Help bring Kaiia’s Website of the Future and App Growth vision to life
- Stay close to platform trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity
- Regularly review competitor experiences across website, app, TikTok Shop and emerging commerce platforms
- Translate insight into clear recommendations that keep Kaiia ahead of the market
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Performance teams on landing pages and conversion journeys
- Partner with Brand and Creative on onsite storytelling and visual standards
- Collaborate with Operations and Tech on stock visibility, sizing, alerts and pre-orders

Salary & Package
Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience, plus benefits. We are open to the right level of candidate and will structure the package accordingly.
