Known for bold, feminine pieces and a strong digital presence, we're expanding rapidly across the UK and internationally. We're looking for a passionate Fashion Buyer to help shape our product offering and drive the next stage of our growth.
The Role
We're looking for a commercially driven and trend-focused Fashion Buyer to build exciting product ranges that resonate with the Kaiia customer. You'll play a key role in identifying trends, selecting the right products, and delivering commercially successful collections across multiple categories. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where product instinct meets data-driven decision making.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and build seasonal product ranges aligned with Kaiia's brand identity and commercial strategy
- Identify emerging fashion trends, bestselling products and market opportunities
- Use sales performance, customer insights and market analysis to make informed buying decisions
- Manage product selection, range planning and option counts to maximise sales and profitability
- Work closely with Design to develop new products that reflect current trends and customer demand
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing, lead times and product development
- Monitor product performance, reacting quickly to sales trends and recommending repeat or exit strategies
- Partner closely with Merchandising to ensure balanced stock levels and effective trading decisions
- Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to support product launches and key campaigns
- Attend supplier meetings, trade shows and competitor shops to stay ahead of market trends
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Buying role within fashion (womenswear/fast fashion preferred)
- Strong commercial awareness with an analytical, data-driven approach
- Excellent trend awareness and a deep understanding of the Kaiia customer
- Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating commercially
- Confident decision-maker with strong communication and influencing skills
- Highly organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about fashion with exceptional attention to detail
