Support and guide junior team members without egolead by example
Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house to keep flow tight and timing impeccable
Handle pressure with grace, adjusting tone and rhythm to match the moment

??What Were Looking For
?A natural conductorpoised, present, and able to lead under pressure
?Proven experience in fine dining or Michelin-level service (minimum 2 years in a similar role)
?Deep understanding of guest flow, table pacing, and the subtleties that shape five-star service
?Confidence in guiding a section solo or stepping into team leadership when needed
?Emotional maturitycan take feedback, hold tension, and recalibrate mid-shift
