We are looking for a highly driven International Sales Manager to support the growth of Kai across key global markets. This role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling Kai's integrated offering across Media, Marketing, Technology and Talent. The ideal candidate is a proactive commercial profile with a strong international mindset, able to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, with full ownership from lead generation to deal closure
  • Sell Kai's integrated solutions across all pillars (Media, Marketing, Tech and Talent)
  • Develop and manage relationships with international brands, agencies and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Strategy, Content, Talent, Production) to build compelling commercial proposals
  • Participate in client meetings, pitches and negotiations at international level
  • Contribute to the overall commercial strategy by sharing market insights and opportunities

Salary Range

£60,000 to £70,000 annually, depending on experience

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, business development or partnerships (preferably in media, sports, entertainment or marketing)
  • Proven track record in generating revenue and closing deals
  • Experience in selling directly to brands is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of international markets and client dynamics
  • Ability to sell integrated and multi-channel solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-growing environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
