How to prepare for a job interview at Kahn Consulting

✨Know Your Tech Inside Out

Make sure you brush up on your knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, and any common enterprise applications. Be ready to discuss your hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, as well as your understanding of networking basics. This will show that you're not just familiar with the tech but can also tackle issues head-on.

✨Showcase Your Problem-Solving Skills

Prepare to share specific examples of how you've resolved IT issues in the past, especially in a warehouse or logistics setting. Think about times when you had to work under pressure and how you managed to keep things running smoothly. This will demonstrate your ability to handle the fast-paced environment they operate in.

✨Familiarise Yourself with Their Systems

If possible, do a bit of research on the warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems they use. Even if you haven't worked with them directly, showing that you understand their importance and how they function can give you an edge. It shows initiative and a genuine interest in the role.

✨Communicate Clearly and Confidently

Since you'll be working with non-technical staff, practice explaining technical concepts in simple terms. During the interview, focus on your communication skills and how you can effectively collaborate with others. This is crucial for ensuring everyone is on the same page, especially when providing training or support.
